The Irish Electric Bicycle Association was formed as  a sister association to the British Electric Bike Association (BEBA)  by the leading  Retailer of Electric Bikes in Ireland to provide membership services for manufacturers, distributors and stores.

Most importantly to educate the public about the benifits of buying  from a IEBA accredited retailer.

The associations aim is to promote the use of electric bicycles, challenge threatening legislation and support the growth of the industry. IEBA’s efforts are focussed on educating consumers about the benefits of electric bicycles, giving them confidence through an ‘industry stamp’ of recognition for stores and manufacturers that meet certain service commitments.
